Mapflow — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy explains how GEOALERT, Inc. ("we", "us") handles personal data in Mapflow — the web application at app.mapflow.ai, its API and plugins, and the website mapflow.ai.

1. Data we collect

2. How we use it

We do not sell personal data.

3. Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from your Google Account. We do not access any other Google data, such as Gmail, Drive or Contacts.

Mapflow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract and only to provide Mapflow:

We may also disclose data when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Company. Mapflow Agent transcripts are never provided to third parties.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on access-controlled servers. Only staff who need the data to run and support the Platform can access it.

6. Retention and deletion

7. Your rights and choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent. Most of this is available in your user profile; for anything else, write to help@geoalert.io. To stop product-update emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or your account settings. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to run the Platform. On mapflow.ai we also use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may stop the Platform from working.

9. Changes

We will publish any update on this page and change the date above. If we change how we use Google user data or make other material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Platform before they take effect.
